By booking a ride or using EnvoyPet.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before booking.
Our Service
Envoy Pet provides private, insured pet transportation in the Tampa, Florida area. We transport one pet per ride in a clean, dedicated vehicle. We do not operate as a rideshare platform or multi-pet carrier.
Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Payment is collected at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as indicated during checkout.
- Pricing is published on our website. The rate shown at booking is the rate you pay.
- Wait time billing begins after the first 15 minutes at a destination.
Cancellations
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full booking amount.
Pet Requirements
- Pets must be in good health and free of contagious illness at the time of transport.
- You are responsible for disclosing any behavioral issues, medical conditions, or special handling requirements at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse transport of any animal that poses a safety risk to the driver or vehicle.
- You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet during transport.
Liability
Envoy Pet carries commercial pet transport insurance. In the event of an incident during transport, our insurance policy governs the claims process.
We are not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, stress-related responses, or outcomes resulting from veterinary or grooming appointments we transport your pet to.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific ride in question.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure your pet is ready at the confirmed pickup time.
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses.
- Be reachable by phone during your pet's transport for updates or emergencies.
Photos and Content
We may photograph or video your pet during transport for the purpose of sending you real-time updates. By booking, you consent to these updates being sent to you. We may also use anonymized pet photos for our social media or marketing unless you opt out at time of booking.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
