Yes. We're fully insured and your pet rides alone — no other animals in the vehicle. You'll receive a photo or video update during the appointment so you can see exactly how they're doing.

We work with most pets. If your animal has specific behavioral issues or medical needs, let us know at booking so we can prepare. We reserve the right to decline transport if a pet poses a safety risk to the driver.

Our base rate covers trips up to 5 miles. Beyond that, a per-mile rate applies. Wait time at the destination is billed in 15-minute increments. All rates are published on this page — no surprises at checkout.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full booking amount.
