Is my pet safe alone with you?

Yes. We're fully insured and your pet travels alone — no other animals in the vehicle. You'll receive photo updates throughout the route so you can see exactly how they're doing.

What type of pets do you transport?

We primarily transport dogs and cats. If you have a different animal, reach out and we'll let you know if we can accommodate.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend at least 48–72 hours in advance for most routes. Shorter notice is sometimes possible — submit a request and we'll confirm.

Do you handle anxious or difficult pets?

We work with most temperaments. Let us know at booking if your pet has anxiety or specific needs — we'll prepare accordingly.

What if my route isn't listed?

The listed routes reflect our most common corridors but aren't exhaustive. Reach out and we'll confirm availability for your specific route.
